RUINART AT AALIA AND AALIA WINE ROOM

Ruinart, the first house in Champagne, founded in 1729, arrives at Aalia Restaurant and Aalia Wine Room this winter. The Blanc de Blancs, Rosé and Dom Ruinart 2013 are on pour across both venues.
At Aalia Restaurant, a trolley circulates each dinner service, with the range by the glass and bottle. At Aalia Wine Room, a featured flight of all three pours is served alongside. Every bottle comes with a complimentary dozen oysters, every flight with half a dozen.
